CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation of Services

1.1 Cancellation Requests: Clients may initiate a cancellation of services by submitting a written request to Accenous Integrals. The request must include the client’s full name, account details, and reasons for cancellation.

1.2 Notice Period: Depending on the type of service and terms agreed upon in the User Agreement, clients may be required to provide a notice period for cancellation. The notice period will be specified in the User Agreement or communicated separately to the client.

1.3 Effective Date of Cancellation: The cancellation of services will take effect on the date specified in the cancellation request or as mutually agreed upon by Accenous and the client.

1.4 Termination Fees: If applicable, clients may be subject to termination fees or penalties upon cancellation. These fees will be clearly outlined in the User Agreement and communicated to the client prior to initiating the cancellation process.

1.5 Service Termination: Accenous Integrals reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the User Agreement or fails to meet payment obligations. In such cases, no refunds may be issued, and termination fees may apply as outlined in the User Agreement.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Clients may be eligible for a refund based on the type of service and specific terms outlined in the User Agreement. To qualify for a refund, clients must meet all eligibility criteria as specified below:

  • Services must be cancelled within the designated cancellation period specified in the User Agreement or as agreed upon.
  • The reason for the refund request must be valid and in compliance with the terms of service.
  • The client must provide any necessary documentation or evidence to support the refund request.

2.2 Requesting a Refund: Clients must submit a formal refund request to Accenous Integrals in writing. The request should include detailed information regarding the reasons for the refund and any relevant supporting documents.

2.3 Processing Time: Upon receipt of a refund request and all required documentation, Accenous Integrals will process the request within 30 business days. The actual time to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

2.4 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by Accenous and the client. Refunds may also be provided in the form of credits towards future services, as determined by Accenous Integrals.

2.5 Non-refundable Fees: Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to setup fees, administrative fees, or fees paid to third-party service providers. These fees will be clearly specified in the User Agreement.

3. Disputes and Exceptions

3.1 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to formal legal proceedings as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section of the User Agreement.

3.2 Exceptions: Accenous Integrals reserves the right to make exceptions to this Cancellation and Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Accenous Integrals and will be communicated to the client in writing.

4. Changes to Policy

4.1 Policy Updates: Accenous Integrals reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to clients.

4.2 Client Acknowledgement: By using the services provided by Accenous Integrals, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy. Clients who do not agree with these terms should refrain from using our services.
